The time has come for us to shake things up and take the RA fan club to the next level. We're pumped to announce that the Screw Loose Zoo is now officially by donation-only! Yep, we're ditching the paywall to give EVERYONE full access to this dope space.

Why Donation-Only?

By going donation-only, we're removing any barriers that might have held you back from joining our community in the past. We understand that everyone's financial situation is different and we want you to be a part of our journey, no matter what.

What Does “Donation-Only” Mean?

Basically, we’re getting rid of the paywall for all of the kickass content that’s hosted here. Instead of an upfront membership fee, anyone can now contribute whatever amount they can afford. Whether it's a few bucks or more, it's entirely up to you. Contributions help us keep the Screw Loose Zoo alive, support our music, and ensures we can continue creating the music and videos you love.

This shift to donation-only isn't just about making things more accessible; it's also about growing this awesome community. We've always believed that our fans are the most important part of the Rare Americans story, and now we want everyone to be a part of the journey. Your donations will directly impact the fan club, from supporting exclusive content to funding new projects.

Rare Americans is an independent band, which means we do not receive support from a major record label. This also means that all music, videos, and everything else is funded with our own finances. Your donations go directly to supporting us in those efforts!

Don't worry; we're not changing the awesome perks you get as a Screw Loose Zoo member! You'll still enjoy exclusive access to behind-the-scenes content (stuff we don’t post anywhere else), early music releases, fan Q&A sessions, and more. It's just that now you can access all these perks on a pay-what-you-can basis.

How Can I Join or Update My Membership?

For our current members, your membership will stay the same. If you were on the free tier, you can now enjoy everything in the Fan Club without restrictions.

If you are browsing the Fan Club, like what you see, and wish to support us, simply visit this page and choose the amount you'd like to donate. You can either donate monthly, yearly, or become a “super fan” and put down whatever amount you wish! Every contribution, big or small, makes a huge difference.
